DigitalChickShort (digitalchickshort.com) is operated by Dinh Nam Khanh LLC, a Montana limited liability company, 1001 S Main St, Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901-1498, USA. By using this website or buying from it, you agree to these terms.
Products
- All products are digital files delivered by download. No physical product is shipped.
- Product images may show the design on mockups (t-shirts, mugs, etc.). These are for illustration only; you receive the digital file, not the item shown.
- Colors can vary depending on your screen, printer, and materials.
License
- When you buy a file, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal use and small-business use of finished physical products (for example printing it on shirts, mugs, or tumblers you sell), up to 200 finished items per design.
- You may not resell, share, give away, or redistribute the digital file itself, alone or in a bundle, or upload it to print-on-demand marketplaces as a digital download.
- All designs remain the intellectual property of Dinh Nam Khanh LLC.
Orders and Payment
- All prices are in US dollars.
- Payment is processed securely by PayPal or Stripe.
- We may cancel and refund an order in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud.
- Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or for sharing files in breach of the license.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Files are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dinh Nam Khanh LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at [email protected] so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
