Digital Products
All products sold on DigitalChickShort are digital files (PNG). No physical item is shipped. Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final except in the cases below.
When We Issue a Refund
- Corrupted or unusable file: if a file will not open or is damaged and we cannot send you a working copy, we will refund the item in full.
- Not as described: if the file is significantly different from the listing (wrong design, much lower resolution than stated), we will send the correct file or refund you.
- Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same file twice, we will refund the duplicate.
- Download never received: if you did not receive your download link and we cannot resolve it, we will refund you.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, for colors that look different on screen or after printing, or for problems caused by your printer, transfer method, or the materials you print on.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description (screenshots help). We reply within 24 hours on business days.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Order Cancellation
Because files are delivered instantly after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once the download link has been issued.
