No Physical Shipping
Everything in our shop is a digital file. Nothing is shipped to you, so there are no shipping fees, shipping times, or customs charges.
How You Receive Your Files
- Right after your payment is confirmed, you will see download links on the order confirmation page.
- We also email the download links to the address you used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.
- If you have an account, your files are also available under My Account.
File Format
Files are high-resolution PNG images with a transparent background unless the listing says otherwise. You need software that opens PNG files (most phones and computers can).
Download Problems
If a link does not work or you lost your email, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will send your files again.
